1.Machine bed:Square tube welded bed. In the industry. After heat aging and gantry milling treatment, it does not deform for 30 years, and has good stable vibration absorption performance. The high-speed cutting of machine tool can reduce the resonance of machine tools, and the cutting precision is higher.
2.Rack driver:The X-axis and Y-axis are driven by racks. Changing the traditional belt operation, the advantages are not easy to deform, the optical path is not easy to deviate from, and the overall operation is stable. The X-axis adopts double guide rails to run stably and ensure precision.
3.Reducer structure：Motor Accelerator Structure, it is to reduce the output speed and inertia of the drive motor, while increasing the torque and load capacity, so as to achieve the ideal transmission effect.
4. There are two guide rails on the X axis, and the structure of double guide rails and racks ensures the stability of the beam.
